• BREATHE EASY - AIRBOX: The airbox is designed with precisely positioned inlet ducts aimed at preventing air deformation ensuring maximum airflow and maximum filter protection. The air filter is easily accessed, without tools, by removing the left side panel. Easy maintenance is guaranteed by the Twin Air filter and filter cage design that features a simple fail proof mounting system for safe and accurate filter installation.
• RACE-READY RUBBER - TIRES: Just like the KTM 350 XC-F FACTORY EDITION has been developed over many decades of experience, so too has the DUNLOP AT82 rubber fitted at both ends. Boasting a bi-directional rear tread pattern with Progressive Cornering Block Technology, these tires provide unmatched levels of grip, consistency, and bump absorption - not to mention high-speed stability and overall durability. These are, of course, wrapped around a D.I.D Factory Wheel Set.

• CORNER ON RAILS - ABSOLUTE CONTROL: No matter how gnarly the terrain, you'll stay in complete control thanks to a rider-focused frame design that has not only been engineered for longitudinal rigidity, but also repositions rotating mass closer to the center of gravity. Thick frame walls also improve reliability, flex characteristics and offer unmatched rider feel. The shock mounting also provides the perfect amount of anti-squat for better traction out of corners, while the footpeg mounting position is positioned in such a way to reduce the risk of hooking up on roots or rocks. Additionally, forged brackets on the lower frame rails allow for easy installation of the light custom-designed skid plate, which has been endurance tested, is simple to mount and is the best protection in race conditions for the frame and the engine.

Both front and rear brake systems have been upgraded with WAVE DISCS for more resistant and longer-lasting effectiveness. The ultra-light front brake disc guard is made from state-of-the-art 2-component injection molding and is designed to help with fast tire changes and brake servicing without removal.

While the plastics work to expel mud buildup in wet, muddy conditions, the flat seat profile and high-grip FACTORY RACING SEAT provide exceptional rider movement and control. • UNFLAPPABLE FRONT END - WP XACT FORK: WP XACT Closed Cartridge spring fork is part of the package for the 2025 KTM 350 XC-F FACTORY EDITION. The mid-valve piston concept optimizes the oil flow within the cartridge, providing fast and consistent damping characteristics. This also avoids unwanted foaming of oil which can lead to the awkward changes in damping characteristics and less consistent damping behavior. A CFD-optimized main piston delivers optimal initial comfort, while finding the ideal settings is taken care of by a hand-adjustable dual compression control that allows for high- and low-speed adjustments by hand. This, together with an easy-to-use rebound adjuster, means riders benefit from the right set-up for improved balance, comfort, and cornering agility.

• UNOBTRUSIVE IMPACT - ULTIMATE RIGIDITY: A hollow, die-cast aluminum swingarm is designed to offer optimal stiffness and reliability at the lowest possible weight. A 22 mm rear axle is also fitted to match the flex characteristics of the chassis. This, along with the chain guard and chain gliders result in improved durability and less chance of hooking on boots or external objects out on the trail, as well as reducing dirt build up around the swingarm and chain guard. • FLAT OUT TO THE FINISH - CONSISTENCY: The compact and lightweight SOHC cylinder features a shorter profile with the camshaft located closer to the center of gravity. Lightweight valves are actuated via a DLC coated rocker arm with optimized timing, specifically designed to deliver precise levels of torque and throttle response. The diameter of the intake valves is 40 mm, while on the exhaust it is 33 mm. The intake ports also allow higher flow coefficients, resulting in a more efficient and powerful engine, with the valve cover reducing the number of mounting screws, and a single oil spray jet guarantees efficient cooling while keeping the weight low. • DROP THE CLUTCH - LAUNCH CONTROL & QUICKSHIFTER: Count on the best race starts with the high-strength FACTORY START DEVICE fixed to the front fork with two different selectable preloads for the best grip and optimum race feeling. The 2024 KTM 350 XC-F FACTORY EDITION comes standard with launch control and a Quickshifter function, allowing for fast upshifts without using the clutch. Launch control is easily engaged by pressing the traction control and Quickshifter buttons simultaneously and works by limiting the amount of power to the rear wheel, improving traction, and preventing loss of control under hard acceleration.
